Breakfast was amazing especially the fruit spread. Location was perfect. When you enter the hotel, it is so vibrant, colourful and full of life - an instant feel good. Front desk, staff etc. are all very courteous and warm. Will definitely stay here again.

Location was perfect, breakfast was wholesome especially the fresh fruit platters, staff were warm and courteous. As soon as you enter the hotel, the party is on because it is a lounge :)

Location was great, however the people of the hotel made the entire experience exceptional! From front desk staff to the cleaners, the security guard outside and the concierge services, as well as the restaurant staff! Thank you for all the willingness to share insights of the city to first time visitors including restaurant recommendations, sightseeing, shopping and things to look out for!

Love the Pullman. The staff are so friendly. The breakfast is amazing and the staff there - particularly Bruno do an excellent job in making sure your coffee is full and your food is served quickly. The gym is great too.

The location was wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Awesome breakfast and we had the opportunity to watch one of the painting competitions.

this is a chic building. I liked everything from the moment I entered. staff is great. special shout-outs to Henrique, Isabella, and another staff member. Henrique was awesome at the front desk. provided recommendations to eat and areas to visit. Isabella and another staff member (I think Marina) helped fix my Wi-Fi connection issues Friday. Shower and rest of bathroom was great. overall service was great including the bar and the cafe. accessible by Uber to popular areas to visit.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They seamlessly facilitated our late check out and spoke fluent English which was very helpful. The bed cozy as well, I could have slept 10 more hours there. I definitely recommend the Pullman.
